SPECIALIZED TRAININGS FOR ISRS AND PARTS COUNTER SALES EXECUTIVES

GMMCO has always laid strong emphasis on continual skill development of all its employees as a key to increased productivity. In lines with this and with a strong focus on improving customer experience GMMCO successfully completed two workshops for teams that are critical touch points to our customers – High Impact Telecon sales for ISRs and Parts Counter Sales Excellence for Retail counter sales executives.

Tracy – (designation Needs to be filled), delivered The High Impact Telecon Sales training for six ISRs which was completed on 22nd and 23rd May 2014. The session touched upon key business challenges, ACT method managing the sales cycle and closing techniques. A few case studies were discussed as well.
For the first time, on completion of this training 5 ISRs, have been enrolled for the CAT incentive program.

The parts Counter sales excellence training program was completed on 26th and 27th May 2014, with 12 counter sales executives participating in it. Tracy touched upon several key aspects such as understanding the customers, effective selling techniques, behavioral training and efficient data collection. The key take away was techniques to help understand requirement of the customer better and following a consultative approach to selling thus improving customer experience and loyalty.
