The training covered 320D product features and benefits, value selling, competitor comparison, reading the performance handbook, ways to tap information on competitors, machine specifications, etc. The training completed with a visit to the CIPL – Trivellore Factory, where the participants went through On-Iron Training on the 320D Excavator.
Gmmco conducted the 320D Technical Sales Training from May 6-8, 2013 at the Chennai Learning Center. This comprehensive training included components on Value Selling, CRM, SFM Training, and 320D Technical Sales Training. A total of twenty sales persons participated in the training program from various SBUs.
