  • Monitor progress, Identify Bottlenecks, Analyse Problems and develop alternatives for resolution.
  • Implement mid- course corrective actions to ensure smooth implementation of B.D Plans co-ordinating with all stake holders both internal and external
  • Develop sales aids like Technical Comparisons, Cost of owing and operation, Life cycle costing and ROI on investment etc.

Competencies Required


  1. Strategic Planning and Analytical skills
  2. Implemented at least one full cycle of Business Development Project implementation for similar product in construction Industry
  3. Technically sound on Heavy Construction Plant and Machinery
  4. 8 to 10 years Industry experience of which 3 to 4 years of experience in Corporate sales of High value construction equipment.
  5. Good networking abilities
  6. Independently handle technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
