  • Set target for financial year by comparing previous year performance & market growth.
  • Determine rental rates in comparison with the market.
  • Set target for new projects / customer & improve business through existing customers for Rental machines.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to identify the opportunities to sell used equipments.
  • Coordinate with PS team / sales team & identify customers for trade in / trade out business.
  • Initiate promotional activities through customer events / SMS /JUST dial / WEB mailers.
  • Set target for the team members and review them periodically.
  • To plan & carry out the scheduled maintenance (including parts planning) for rental machines
  • To Conduct Site inspection prior to the deployment of machine in order to minimize wear & tear.
  • Deployment planning for idle m/c & increase Time and Financial Utilization.
  • Achieve receivables with in time lines & ensure collection of all (TDS) & other required documents.
  • Check credit worthiness / Background of the customer before entering into the agreement
  • Collect market pricing & operation practices of competitors
  • Coordinate with the operation team to deploy the m/c at customer site within committed time
