Gmmco’s Electric Power Division, in collaboration with CAT, conducted a CAT Care Customer Event at The Residency Towers in Coimbatore on the 27th of July 2016. The 6 hour event was attended by a host of customers including existing CSA Customers, Fleet owners, Key Accounts and Retail Segment Customers. There was a total of 97 participants including Senior Technical Managers, Maintenance Heads and Facility Department Heads, representing 64 Customers. Some of the key attendees included representatives from GVG Group of Industries (Hari Krishna Paper Mills), PSG Group of Institutions, Hatsun Agro, Texmo Industries, CavinKare and SKM Animal feeds.
The event was graced by the presence of chief guests – Mr. Elliot Chow, Aftermarket Solutions Territory Manager, Caterpillar Thailand Limited and Mr. T.N. Subbanna, Territory Manager Product Support, Caterpillar India Pvt Ltd.
Mr. N.V.Ramalingam, EP Business Head, Gmmco, inaugurated the event by sharing corporate level information on Gmmco. This was followed by Mr. Subbanna’s presentation on CAT’s Remote Monitoring systems. Senior Managers from Gmmco EP Product Support, Sales and PSSR elaborated on technical specifications and queries on our product lines and services such as CAT Flywheel UPS, CAT Hybrid Microgrid Solutions, Customer Service Agreement, Scheduled Oil Sampling, Online PartStore, Sales & Rental/Used Equipment, Training & Workshop Facilities, CAT Diesel Engine Oil and Best Maintenance Practices. The event came to a close after an engaging Q&A session wherein customers received complete clarity on operational and technical aspects of our offerings. Customer feedback on areas of Improvement has been noted for immediate action. They appreciated the arrangements made and the quality of the presentations on the latest technical updates.
