Taking parts and product support to the door step

Gmmco recently launched the “Parts on Wheels” – an initiative that takes parts and product support to the door step of the customer. Gmmco’s service team with parts and diagnostic tools and equipment visited customers at their job sites and conducted a check-up of machines and performed necessary maintenance activities and supplied parts at their doorstep.

Remote areas and certain areas which had poor access to brick and mortar centers were selected, machines were given a health check up and recommendations were given for maintenance of machine to ensure trouble free operations.

Parts on Wheels is part of the DGAPinitiative to bring focus on areas which have poor coverage to improve availability and access.

As part of “Parts on wheels” – customers in Indore ( Madhya Pradesh) , East & West Godavari ( Andhra Pradesh) were covered. Some of the important customers covered were – DPJain & Co, Agro Infra & Developers, KCC Buildcon Pvt. Ltd, Yasn Ventures and Jainco Enterprises have been visited.

The reports & recommendations suggested to the customers not only ensured better machine health via the maintenance education and parts availability , but also generated additional revenue in form of part sales. This also resulted in an enhanced customer satisfaction which can result in referrals.

The customers welcomed having the Customer Care Program ” Parts on Wheels” at their respective sites, and were excited to get Gmmco’s services at their location without any added expense. Gmmco looks forward to continue this initiative and provide support to customers on a more continuous basis.
