We offer our expertise on diagnosis and repair, to complete overhaul facilities on site or also in any of our fully equipped 2 workshops.

We have a Dedicated Team of well positioned experienced Product support professionals who ensure minimum down time for Engines in the field and offers an emergency call out service and service contract programs to our customers.

We ensure that all service engineers are fully trained on our entire product range and are Equipped with the Specialized tooling required to diagnose, repair and maintain your Perkins engines.

As a responsible Perkins Distributor we have all the technical literature to enable the highest level of support to be provided to our valuable customers.

We also offer the options of Extended Service contracts supported by Perkins and strive to achieve 100% Customer Delight by leveraging our services across our Extensive network coverage through the ability to quickly respond to your needs.

Workshop

We have 2 Workshops strategically located for our Range of Operations at Nagpur & Chennai which has 5 Star accreditation and DNV certified ISO 9001-2008 with facilities for Dyno for load test from 40 to 4000 Hp engines.

We also have the state of the Art – S O S lab at Nagpur.

SOS

Scheduled oil sampling (SOS) is a proactive equipment management service tool that acts as a health barometer for the customer’s machines, recording critical oil analysis information, such as ingress of dirt, abnormal wear, fluid contamination and incorrect operator techniques or habits. SOS service is fundamental to effective equipment management where the company monitors machine component condition and drastically reduces the incidence of unplanned down time and the cost of catastrophic failures.

Production benefits of maximizing machine uptime through planned interventions. It is significant to note that an after-failure component repair can cost as much as 60% more than a planned before-failure repair. This simple fact endorses the use of SOS.” The SOS service is often offered to the customer as part of a customer support agreement, where all services are carried out by the OEM but is also offered as a stand-alone option for those customers who have their own maintenance capability.
