The prices quoted above are for the machines with given configuration and for the quantity mentioned.
Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Type of Sale:
The buyer has to arrange for relevant documents such as TIN and GST certificates as prescribed
by Sales Tax Department.
Taxes and Levies:
The prices quoted are exclusive of taxes. Taxes applicable at the time of billing. Any changes in the tax
as on date of billing shall be to buyers account.
Registration of the Machine with RTO:
The cost incurred for registration has to be borne by the buyer.
Payment Term:
Buyer should arrange for 100% payment of the value of the equipment along with taxes, duties before
the dispatch of the equipment.
Machine Insurance:
Buyer has to arrange Insurance for the Machine.
Transportation of Equipment to Site:
Buyer has to arrange for the machine transportation from Supplier Yard to Buyer Site.
Validity of Quote:
This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
Commissioning of the Machine:
Machine will be commissioned on customer’s site by service
engineers of Gmmco.
