My beloved customer,

It has been an eventful year 2021. Last year, the country was ravaged by the pandemic. In these trying times, Gmmco came together as a strong team and did our best to support our colleagues, families, and our customers.

I am proud to share that 100% of our employees are fully vaccinated. Though, the number of covid cases are showing a decline, the pandemic is still not over. Let us continue to follow covid appropriate behaviour.

We are witnessing a highly inflationary and uncertain global scenario with prices of several commodities rising. This has led to steep increase in input costs. We are doing our best to support customers in these challenging times. We as a team push boundaries, innovate and try to find solutions to meet varying needs of our customers.

We will work closely with customers and provide solutions be it - new equipment, rental, buyback, used equipment, tailor made product support solutions to support customers to build the nation.

Gmmco Emergency Response Team with 60+ members has been providing round-the-clock assistance to employees:

For instance, we launched GmmcoAssist – Go Online app and portal where clients can order genuine equipment parts, raise a service request, schedule machine maintenance, track shipments, make online payments, and much more; anytime, anywhere.

The Workshop-on-Wheels (WoW) Programme launched a couple of months ago is yet another illustration of our commitment to customer service. The WoW vehicle - fitted with all necessary implements and tools - enables our engineers to service customers’ equipment right at their doorsteps – even the ones operating in the remotest location.

Mobile connectivity and messaging services have been all important as the main means to connect with businesses. Gmmco also joined efforts towards enabling this with the WhatsApp business number where customers can connect with our team, get the latest information about products, services and place orders – safely and seamlessly!

Gmmco Cares – Steps to protect employees, visitors and customers

Thermal scanning and hand sanitization at the entry for everyone entering the premises.

All offices are being sanitized multiple times in a day.

Masks are mandatory within the office premises.

Appropriate PPE kits are being provided to field staff.

Employee occupancy level is being followed as per state guidelines.

Strict adherence to social distancing is advocated and monitored without fail.

Special designated visitor seating areas and parts pick up points identified.

Special parts handover process has been defined to reduce contact.
